Shipping policy

SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Free shipping within France and Belgium.

Worldwide deliveries are carried out by divers transporters. 

Shipping costs vary depending on location and weight.
Orders are processed within 1 to 5 days. For orders for furniture or larger products, the preparation time can be 3 to 7 days if your product is in stock. They are then picked up by a carrier and arrive at their destination within 7 open days for France (but often before). This period can be longer for foreigners.

TRACKING
For small packages, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. 

For orders of furniture or sofas:
An email will be sent to you by the carrier in order to agree on a date of appointment.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

All orders outside EU are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU).
Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
We cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.
Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.
