The following Terms and Conditions are valid between you, the purchaser and TEGET and apply to all use of and orders placed on the TEGET website www.teget.space

Please note that TEGET does not guarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock or are available for purchase. TEGET preserves its right to withdraw a product from sale. Orders can only be placed by persons 18 years and over. TEGET reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time.
Each purchase is subject to the Terms and Conditions in the version applicable at the date of submitting the order. Please read the applicable Terms and Conditions before submitting your order. Please note that the valid Terms and Conditions for your order are always the Terms and Conditions you have read and accepted before placing your order, and not a later version.

 

PLACING ORDERS

By using the website and/or placing an order on the website you must confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions. Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. An order can only be placed if you have previously confirmed that you accept these Terms and Conditions.
Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email.

 

PRICES

All the prices are indicated in euros and all taxes included. The value added tax is the tax in force on French territory.
Prices may be modified by TEGET at any moment, but the prices applied are those shown on the site at the time of ordering. Prices do not include shipping fees.

 

AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
If one of the ordered products is not available, TEGET commits to inform you by email within 7 days after order date. You may then maintain or cancel the order. In the case where the order is maintained and delivered partially, the client will be charged only the price of the delivered products.
In the case where the order is cancelled, we will refund via your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
